Caregiver stress is common in many situations.
Whether you are caring for a sick spouse, an elderly parent, a child with disability (emotional or physical), or a friend in distress, you face similar challenges.
While you are doing good work and trying your best, the day to day can create mayhem in your own life.
This group’s purpose is to provide you with tools to manage your daily difficulties and lean how you can take care of you so you can take care of those close to you in a manner that benefits you and them.
I have spent very intense years of my life caring for my son who was diagnosed on the autism spectrum when he was two and a half. I wish a group like this was available to me at that time. Thankfully he is doing very well and I can turn my energy and attention to helping others going through similar challenges.
This is an 8 week process that will provide you with a safe place for sharing and with tools for transformation. Group size is limited to 12 in the office. Online participation available as well.
