Mindfulness practices, combined with modern hypnosis and behavioral techniques help you create new habits that are supportive of your life goals in any area. The weight loss support groups are your opportunity to lose the weight and gain confidence as you take charge of your mind and harness your inner resources. It is the best way to lose weight!
The program we offer is unique. It addresses every aspect of the mind in relation to healthy eating and weight loss. It addresses the deeper aspects of our relationship to food.
The nutrition guidelines are the product of extensive research over years of clinical practice. This knowledge combined with mindfulness tools and behavioral science make our program truly life changing.
The program provides participants with:
- Mindful Eating instruction and practice
- Transforming emotional eating to healthy living
- Mindfulness and hypnosis tools
- Nutritional education on the latest research
- Weekly guided meditation and 4 meditation downloads
- NLP and other techniques for habit reversal.
6 weeks, meeting once a week: January 17th, January 24th, January 31st, February 7th, February 14th, February 21st.
